Authors will bear all costs of legal proceedings, court fees, and compensation payments if found responsible for damages or violations.
Ixavence may also seek compensation for indirect damages, including harm to brand, reputation, and user trust.
4. Intellectual Property
Authors retain intellectual property rights to their submissions.
By submitting a project, authors grant Ixavence a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the product via BlastBox Store.
Ixavence reserves the right to reject or remove submissions that infringe third-party rights, contain illegal content, or violate these Guidelines.
